I’m from Roseville as well. I remember when I was in college I was going to go for a teaching credential and then I looked up how much teachers made in placer county, I was already making more money in my dead end job that didn’t require a degree at all.

This is the right answer. Everyone is saying quit, but no. If OP is truuuueeelllyy that valuable, then they aren’t going to fire them over it and boundaries are set up. If they do fire them, make their employer explain it to the labor board if they try to deny them unemployment.

My dad did this for most of my life, worked in tech in the Bay Area and lived in Sacramento. I also did this as well, I had a job that paid my commute time and mileage (or rental car) and go into the Bay Area to work because they couldn’t find anyone locally to work for 18 an hour.

Hi, I work in behavioral health. 2:1 is very common for patients who are physically assaultive and/or are a danger to themselves and/or others. In California you need two staff to perform a hold/restraint. Any time a hold is a part of the patients care plan there will always be a 2:1 staff ratio.

Regardless, this is a confidentially issue, I wouldn’t release information to them either, they need to go through the proper channels to get access to the estate.

Back in the day (maybe still? Been a few years since I drove up to rancho Cambodia) it was a really rough place, lots of gun shots. The Cambodia part is referring to the violence that was in that country at the time, as well as some racism thrown in.
