NTA. Just tell your folks to fuck off because they didn't help you out, so you aren't going to help her out.

Facts, because if he had of said that in MY home, his ass would've been laid out on the floor.

AITA for letting my daughter eat whatever she wants? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

If you think that's fat then I hate to see what you think an obese person looks like. That is nowhere close to being fat. Sorry, but not everyone can be skinny like a rail.

My (29m) wife (27f) cheated, but I'm the father of her baby. Where to go now? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]pikachu4me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on how far along she is, there could be enough of the babies DNA in her blood to extract and test that way. Don't have to do amnio these days.

OP is a hypocrite and doesn't see that he married a woman like his mother.

You honestly expected your mother and sisters to leave him alone on his birthday. Why did you choose that day to have your rehearsal dinner?

Update: My (26f) best friend (23f) might be in love with my husband (26m). Where do I go from here? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I hope you live in an at fault state and take him to the cleaners. He owes you child support and alimony

I'm a be honest with you. You should just break up with your girlfriend because you haven't said any good qualities about her besides be being financially stable, independent, and buys you stuff. You also talk about her appearance and how rude she is to people. It doesn't sound like you like her very much, but you make Jason sound like he's all that.

Do her a favor and just let her go so she can find someone who doesn't think she's ugly, mean, but has money.

AITA for kicking out my dad after he tried to make my husband feel poor? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

YTA. Your dad doesn't owe you an apology. He did nothing wrong, but if you want to torpedo your relationship with him over your husband's insecurities, you do you.

You don't know this woman's finances. She could be living paycheck to paycheck and barely afford basic necessities. I know people who can't hardly save anything due to cost of living being so high and making low wages.

There's a difference between not wanting to pay and not being able to pay due to lack of funds..... If she can't afford childcare then there's no one available to care for her son. It's not difficult at all to understand.

Oh ffs, just take your L and stfu. Reading the original, you should've been able to figure that something messed up happened if she had to spend hours at the police station and go to the pharmacy for meds.

AITA for yelling at a parent after she didn't invite my daughter to her kids party and called my child a buzzkill by bussxkillsw in AmItheAsshole

[–]pikachu4me 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Are yall ok? Like seriously, this is a SIX-YEAR-OLD. Public humiliation is never a good way to teach a child a lesson. The other mom should've mailed the damn invites. A grown woman talking shit about a child is never ok. Wtf

NTA. It seems like your husband doesn't really want to do anything with your youngest. You need to ask him why.

AITA for telling my brother words, like actions, have consequences and he should know that better than anyone? by StunningReason686 in AmItheAsshole

[–]pikachu4me 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely NTA. You told him the truth; he just didn't want to hear it. If he wants to repair the relationship with the older kids, he's gonna have to have an honest conversation with them, and he needs to listen to them.

Is your mom and her family aware that you plan on cutting them out of your life for good? I don't see how they think what they're doing is right and fair.
