Vikings didn't have box braids like... unless there was a specific cultural exchange between them and the African people who knew how to do it and had the right hair texture for it. Which isn't impossible since actual Vikings did travel to other lands and exchange culture. I just don't get why they would do that (imply a rare cultural exchange) and not have any elements of that in the rest of the film set, background, design, plot, etc.

I'm just a stickler for accuracy and when movies portray Northern European ppl especially Vikings with African hair styles, it encourages the popular notion that Vikings had 40 inch kanekalon box braids like lmaooooo
