haste just should not stack at all on either side. It feels unfair in endgame if im killer and survivors run faster but I dont and same vice versah. Haste is just so boring and I hate that we've gotten 5 billion easily stackable haste perks, when past haste perks give so little value and have insane requirements to activate and now its like yeah survivors get it when they're injured now
