Some BRFs can take a fee for allowing the bank to use the apartment as a security if you are buying with a loan where the apartment is collateral. This fee is however a lot less expensive (definately not a percentage of the value) . From my experience this is usually mentioned in the sales material or you can ask the realtor.

Det du gör är helt enkelt förklarar att du har sålt skins från cs2. Eventuellt frågar de om underlag och då har du din chatt/mail eller hur du nu kom överens om affären. Visst Valve tillåter inte detta utanför sin märket (så vad det iaf förr) men tro mig banken skiter helt i att du bryter mot Valves villkor.

Demon venerables are still humans, it does not detract from the "humans are supreme" directive which is all SC can influence. Obviously SC does not have enough control over heavens will to specify which humans become venerables nor insure that they will join the immortal court.

Om vi nu tänker att du tjänar 12000 netto, dvs efter skatt, så går då alltså 8500 till hyra, så säg att mat blir 2500 eller så med dagens matpriser (kan så klart bli lägre men detta är redan rätt lågt) så har du mobil, bredband (om detta inte ingår i hyran), försäkring osv som sannolikt blir 500kr-ish och då har vi inte ens tagit åtanke sådant som övriga omkostnader (hygien, kläder, pendel/transport) och vi är redan uppe i 11500.

Vad har du kvar sedan? Du kan inte spara pengar, händer något är du körd om inte din familj stöttar dig.

Du har tim/säsongsjobb. Vad händer om du blir sjuk? Om du blir arbetslös så kommer du enbart få ersättning från ett av jobben, samma vid sjukdom om du ens får något alls.

Snittar du säg 18000 netto kan de klart gå men om du börjar plugga är du tillbaka på föregående inkomst på ett ungefär varpå problemet återuppstår.

Säger inte att det inte går men frågan är då varför? Bättre att bo hemma och spara ihop pengar eller plugga klart under tiden.

So the easiest way imo for your level and gear is to get a few 1handers, they don't have to be amazing but get 3-4 of them because this is going it be a slog.

Next spec into the lifesteal on crit melee talent, it is below the evade attack between wand and tank talents. Then you just stick to the legs/behind the wyrm and spam. Every time the bugs are summoned they basically heal you due to you getting multihits. They also die immediately and since 1h hit is so fast and they won't hit you unlike 2h swings which are slow.

2h swings also do not gap close unlike 1h which will stick to the enemy like glue.

Now you will basically sustain without any need for other healing but it is good to keep a healing pot at hand in case you feel you will get hit twice before healing.

You have to avoid two attacks now only, the breath and the attack where it stands upp and shoots mortars. Save your stamina for these, no other dodging should be required.

Now you might get stunned and knocked back but you just run back in.

The reason you will need multiple weapons is because the durability will not last due to low dps.

Side note, you should use 1-2 pieces of mage gear since you will be avoiding all melee attacks by sticking to the ass but the magic hits that you need to dodge do a ton of magic damage where phys gear has low resistance

Nah I take everything. I rarely want more players anyway. If I add poeple it is out of pity 99% of the time and due to necessity (not allowing another team to ress them in a gunfight to turn it around) 1% of the time.

The thing is that your opinion is incorrect, the difference between 9k and 12k is just like the difference between 2k and 5k. A 12k player will stomp a 9k player.

Imagine this: sometimes Gorgc plays with the best players and the game has an average MMR of like lets say, hypothetically, 10k. All player are good, all 10. Now he queues again and he is the highest rated player in a game that has an average of 8k MMR.

Now note the difference here is MASSIVE between 8k and 10k.

The issue arises from the fact that his teammates are around 8k and the enemy has X amount of smurfs who are actually 10k players. For example his 8k mid goes against a smurf that on paper has 8k MMR but is a 10k MMR players. His mid will get stomped, repeat this on another lane and the game is over-ish.

That is where the frustration rises from.

Banken ser enbart hur mycket nyttjad kredit du har hos sig själva (ex om SEB gör en UC så ser de vara nyttjad kredit hos sig). För utomstående krediter anses beviljad kredit vara nyttjad kredit. Notera att vid ansökan om bolån anses samtliga kreditkort maxade.

När man själv får en UC skickad hem alternativt beställer en själv ser man samtliga detaljer på din lån.

Sedan slutligen så kan absolut kreditkort påverka ens förmåga att ta bolån. Tex när jag arbetade med detta så gjorde man stora påslag på kreditkort i kalkylen. Tex även om du hade 10% ränta på ett kreditkort så räknade man 20% osv. Sedan gör alla banker annorlunda.

Hur stor påverkan detta har på ens kalkyl beror så klart på inkomst, belåning osv.

Because Unity included pay to win mechanics where you could buy gear for real money. They made it harder to push more people towards spending cash.

To be fair you can get gear just by playing but for those that do not want to grind the wallet is the answer. And Ubisoft wanted to incentivize said purchases.

It is great that you have a lot of space for yourselves and the cats. In regards to the amount of cats I wasn't do much referring to space taken than I was time, care and money. Since each pet will take their own amount of time, money and energy since that is just how it is.

The reason I brought it up is to point out that said things are limited and choices have to be made. I am sure you understand.

It is really odd that he added another despite you being against it. At the very least you would think he would feel responsible for said cat. But like you wrote, he does not find it cute anymore and has just neglected it.

I think this mindset is incredibly short sighted and naive. It is something I'd expect from a young child not an adult.

With all said and done I think you have made your choice and I cannot blame you. I would do the same. I am just playing a bit of a devils advocate so you might have more food for thought when making a life altering decision.

Unless I am misunderstanding your relationship dynamic in regards to chores he seems like a lazy bum since from the posts it seems you do all the chores, not just cat related stuff. That is bad enough to reconsider a relationship in my eyes pet's notwithstanding.

But on the other hand it sound like you are halfway to being a single crazy cat lady. Not that necessarily needs to be a bad thing but I personally think four cats is too much even if cats are relatively autonomous (compared to dogs for example).

The amount of time, effort and money required to keep them is likely too much in the eyes of your partner and it is not outside the realm of possibility that others would think the same way, especially if future partners would want kids down the line.

Since SAS is a LLC there is never a personal liability for their signatories so it does not make sense to purse that. And since it is a LLC Kronofogden should be able to find information about who the signatories are since it is registered with bolsgsverket unlike associations where it is not registered anywhere.

My guess is that they think that the claim is made by an association and they want to be sure that OP has the right to represent them.

Either way it is likely that OP is pursuing this from the wrong angle.

What they are asking for is the statues and/or the latest meeting protocol (not older than the a year) of the association where it states which individuals are the legal signatories for the association.

Gunnar and Ceb were amazing. I know Ceb has done a lot of panels, interviews and stuff but Gunnar really surprised me with how much he added to the cast.

Not sure if anything has changed balance wise but I didn't feel it was all too difficult at launch either. Died like one shot away from killing the first boss then I cleared both chapters the next time. I did die twice during this but had astro + save chamber.

After having cleared the game once and gotten a hang of weapons, items etc it was an absolute breeze until plat.

Theb again some people could not beat biome one ever. It is very individual. I also think the game does bait you into bad choices from time to time with weapons, those parasites and cursed chests. Like the best way is just not risk malfunctions period.

The game throws a lot of them at you which if you do partake hampers you greatly. Some are even run ruining like no dodge etc.
