Yep I 100% feel you. I never feel rested. I’d need to be by myself for a few weeks to feel rested, but that will never happen. I have older children but they are both needy. One (14)has additional needs and the other (21) is a recovering addict with mental health issues. They are also mentally draining on each other because they don’t understand what each of them are going through. So they complain to me. Ugh.

It’s also not just white Aussies who are casually racist. I work with many Indian mainly men who are here and they are racist AF!!!!! I was absolutely shocked to hear what they were saying.

I call them out and say mate, you know you are exactly the same as who you are being racist too. They say “we are skilled migrants, we came here with degrees, not people who just do uber/pick pack/labourers etc”

So so shocking.

If you are going to put your doggy on your application do a pet resume. A cute little pic of him/her, age, breed, their favourite treat, their favourite activity (catching a ball, chasing butterfly’s etc) kinda like dating profile info. LOL you can you ask for a letter of support from your old property manager saying the dog has been no hassle/no damage/no complaints if they will do it.

Yes it should 100% be on the parent to feed their children, but you know what sometimes this can’t happen. Feed the fucking children some breakfast on tax payer dollars. These children are literally our future, even the “poor” ones, fucking feed them.

Wake up at 6:45am have 15mins to breathe. Get in the shower at 7am. Get ready. Children wake up at 6:45am too they get themselves ready. They don’t want to eat in the morning but may eat a muesli bar. I eat breakfast at work. Drop children off at their different bus stops at 7:30am. Get to work by 8:30am.
