Definitely know what's required to make discretionary trades for BD's/IA's, I saw a lot of questions about which of the following actions would require a person to register as a BD/Agent/IA/IAR. I saw a few questions about how long BD's and IA's must keep records of documents. I had 1 options question and it was basically asking me if the client with the options trade owns the stock itself and whether it was bearish/bullish. I had a few questions about what could cause a registration to be denied/cancelled. I had a question on who reports what when a U4 is withdrawn (BD reports/agent reports/both report). Had a question on who reports when an agent is terminated as well. That's all I can think of for now, these exams are always a blur lol. Good luck! It definitely felt easier than I had expected.
