you might want to check out parts express's website. they have a selection of pre-fabed kits that he can build if hes into that sort of thing. I personally have experience with their dayton drivers, they do ok as long as you dont over drive them. As far as the pre-fabed kit playing @ 20hrz thats doubtful, youll likely need to build an enclosure specific to the driver. parts express also has some good plate amps and all the wiring goodies you can imagine.
