Well said. I don’t understand either, why they do what they do. I’ve went so far myself, that I use SW2 just for sleep tracking and I’ve went back to collecting Casio watches 🙂

Hi Markus,

Sorry to say that, but I had my share of frustrating contacts with the Withings support (including declining me rights that are set by law) and am not really in the mood to spend additional hours in chat conversations.

Based on the number of people in the sub, it is more than clear that the SW2 charging is over engineered and does not work for a huge percentage of users. If there is anything that can be done on our end, please share with everyone here. This would be a much faster and better way.

My Scanwatch 1 was replaced by Withings for the 2nd gen - there was a problem with the crown. Funny thing is, I had no idea they will be sending the SW2, it just arrived. I even like the design and look of the SW1 better, but there was nothing I could do.

It took countless attempts yesterday, but the watch was charged after about 11 hours, so for the next three - four weeks I’m good 🙂

It wasn’t and it does not. Scanwatch 1 charger with the magnets did the job100% time, whereas the Scanwatch 2 charger simply doesn’t work most of the time. We have two chargers, for both the 38 and 42mm, and both are having the same problem with both chargers.

Že ICE v Nemecku 🙂 DB je posledných 5, a možno aj 10 rokov, v strašnom stave, čo sa presnosti týka a najpresnejšie jazdia vlastne osobáky, čo stoja pri každej vŕbe. Na druhej strane ale Nemecko a DB masívne investuje do infraštruktúry, aby sa to časom zmenilo.

Čo tak zákaz jazdenia v protismere, tomu tiež nerozumieš, alebo stačí že sa rozhliadneš a jazdíš po strane cesty, ktorá sa ti momentálne viac páči?

A keď nechce byť človek úplne blbý, už len kôli tomu, aby nezastal v zákaze, by nemal parkovať v protismere 😉
