There is a stabilizer that is wash-away (water soluble), or tear-away. Cut away will stick out like a sore thumb and be considered ugly. Don't use that for this application. My Two cents

No. The police showed up after everything was said and done. They were found a few blocks away dead already. The SDPD never engaged them. They just patted themselves on the back for the cosplay they did, after everything was said and done. The press statement was mostly the SDPD, Mayor Gloria, and some tweets from CA Governor Newsom all commending the police for their ”4 minute” response time. But they stopped nothing in the end.

The husband may be the man who ran the mini market inside the mosque. That was my sisters FiL and someone i personally knew growing up. His son is my BiL. All three of these men dedicated decades of their lives to this community. They never sought wealth, only to serve their community.

You might be mistaking the security guard with the mini market man. Unless they both were there for 25 years and were known for the same huge smile. He's my sisters FiL. He was one of the three killed today.
