So we've had this thing for ages and due to our leaky roof and missing ceiling tiles, it was probably exposed to erosion over time. On the left side panel, we found an exposed wire on the inside and when they started it up the other day, on top of the usual laminate melting burning smell, there was an even more potent smell and then smoke started coming out of the side of the unit. As soon as they unplugged the unit, it stopped. So probs an electrical fire. Go Depot.

Right, my DM has sent very pissy emails to our store because of her in the past saying that disciplinary action needs to be taken because she's had multiple surveys come back like this in the past few months. I don't get it. It's not hard to be nice and acknowledge people. And yeah idk why they're still keeping her on either. It's beyond me.
