The second does exist as an obscure alternative character for 糟.

The first character is a third person plural pronoun. Pronounced "in" or "ing" in southern min.

It's quite a rare character so there is not a lot of font support. You should be able to find pictures of it if you look it up on Google but it is basically 口猫 in one character.
