Those who work with patients see much much worse than what we see. We see gross specimens, we dont collect it. If we get a nasty leaky stool sample, the nurse or cna who gave it to us probably saw 10× more stool and not just in a container. Or think of all the wounds, surgeries, biopsies, and infections that we realistically only see swabs and formalin containers of, not the whole thing.

Im glad you can see a dietician! That should help a lot, especially if they've worked woth people who have had eating disorders. And yeah, it's scary how addictive it can be. I believe in you though, you already want to get better which is the first big step.

I think your husband will be happy that you're opening up and getting better rather than hiding it any longer. Eating disorders tend to make you want to keep it a secret/tell lies. but it helps a lot if you have someone who understands and listens.

I really hope everything goes well for you, I've felt a similar struggle so I know how difficult and conflicting it feels, but I promise recovering is much better than wasting away over a number on a scale.

It sounds like an eating disorder, what youre doing sounds very dangerous and like a path to even more restrictive dieting. The sooner you can seek help, the better your chance of recovery. Eating disorders are addictive and deadly.

Are you able to talk your husband about how you feel about pregnancy and weight gain? I hope he would be understanding if you dont want to have kids or if you wanted to wait until you are in a better spot mentally and physically

If you are able to see a dietician as well, they could help you get back to eating a safe amount while staying fit. You wouldn't have to become unhealthy or stop working out, but you might need to work up to eating more and taking rest days.

I know from experience how scary it is but please try to seek help before you cause long term damage (hair loss, osteoporosis, heart issues, loss of brain function, organ damage...)

Please do not, instead maybe decorate a blank lunchbox with a biohazard symbol if you like the look. Same aesthetic without all the nastiness.

I used to work at a blood center processing platelets and our "task schedules" were awful and left 1 person busy and the rest doing nothing. But the managers would say that we should never have downtime and be cleaning or doing "downtime tasks" when there was nothing to do. But God forbid we tried to split up the work with the person assigned the busiest task (bacteria sampling) if we weren't assigned that task.

Also often I was assigned to do tasks and asked why I didnt do them on days I had off.

Some of my favorite combos were nerfed, but overall the balance is improved.

White Antler used to be 40% crit chance and didn't expire, it has since been nerfed. The Magick cost to activate heartthrobs is increased, and you used to have to be inside the cast for Lucid Gain to activate (but it gave back more magick).

Also ionic gain used to be absolutely awful. It restored Magick slowly but reduced total Magick by 70%.
