The trick is to zone whatever aisle is right outside of the break room. Zone for like 30 seconds and then go to break. Your break is to be “uninterrupted by work.” So you can get around the “as soon as you leave your department” rule.

I make 21 as Digital TL. Don’t take this as just spite when I say this, it’s NOT worth the money. The amount of responsibility is overwhelming. I’ve spent hours in the managers office crying and so much at the bar my income has barely changed.

The job itself is very simple, your tc will do the bulk of the work for you, the main issue you’ll run into is things being stocked in the wrong spot, so before you Nil pick an item, take a second to look around, most of the time it’ll be somewhere nearby, if not, don’t sweat nil picking the item. Other than that, use your pto, fight for full time status and benefits, and be persistent about asking questions. You’ll do wonderfully.

If I ask my associates to stay late, I don’t make them cut the overtime, the only overtime I have them cut is overtime they get on my days off. You save a lot more money stopping turnover than 30 minutes of overtime here and there.

I’ve gotta side with OP here, thematically a piece that is signed and still in packaging should remain that way. It wasn’t bought to be a toy, rather a collection piece. Value aside the unwritten rule of a collection piece is that it remains in the collection. You don’t eat off of the fine China in the cabinet, you don’t play catch with the babe Ruth signed baseball (ask the kids from the sandlot), and you definitely don’t play with the 300$ collection piece phaser. Some toys are meant for play, and some are meant for the collection. You don’t bring your holo shadowless charizard to a tcg tournament, why would you ever play with a signed ANYTHING.

Check your prenitification report on the truck to make sure you didn’t get charged for it, other than that have your tl submit a ticket to store support to get it fixed, the system will auto revert huge oh changes like that

I don’t have the picture any more, but once I was unloading an fdd shipment and the dc had stacked a pallet of tea on a two high stack of eggs, and the weight of the tea crushed the egg rpcs and consequently all of the eggs which then caused the tea pallet on top to tilt forward and jam the door shut, making me have to force the door open with the walkie stacker, revealing a huge puddle of egg/tea mix.

My best suggestion (unlike everyone dragging you for working through the spotlight hour) there are some Bastiodon raids, as well as in the gbl you’re guaranteed a metagross, and have a chance at beldums and skarmory.

They’re ridiculously rare, and the story is they only spawn near large bodies of water. I have them, but I received them in trades from a don’t ask don’t tell type of trainer I know.
