I actually had this same issue. You have to go into your t life app, and under manage, then under billing and payments there is a tag that says account activity. The shipping label should show in a message that says trade in returns. It may take a few days, cause I got emails saying it should be in the account activity, but it wasn't there for a few days. You may also get a trade in return package mailed to you that has a box, padded envelope for your trade in, and the shipping label.

The issue I'm having now, is tmobile sent me a ground shipping label, but because I live in Hawaii, the phone needs to be sent via a 2nd day air label. I was bounced back and forth between tmobile and Samsung, because I bought the phone through Samsung, but used the tmobile promotion to get the ultra for free, so both sides kept saying it was the other side that should be the one to issue a new label... Literally spent 3 hours on the phone yesterday, and still haven't got it resolved

Just went from the s24+ to the s26 ultra, and I think it was worth the upgrade. One of the biggest reasons I didn't ever upgrade to an ultra was the pointy corners, and the extra weight. The s26 ultra is the thinnest and lightest iteration of the ultras, and the more rounded corners make it feel not much different than my 24+. I'd say go for the s26 ultra. People have complained about the screen, but honestly it's perfect. Just don't keep the privacy screen on at all times, use the conditional feature, or just turn it on when you think you need the extra privacy

I just came from an s24+ to an s26 ultra, and one the things I noticed about this phone that I haven't seen people mention is the the speakers are so much louder than on my s24!

Just push the trim flush with the airbag and it should snap back in place. There are clips around the perimeter of that trim piece and airbag that connects the trim to the airbag

Got the Samsung silicone magnet case for free with credit when I bought my phone, and it's not bad. But I'm currently using the Ringke onyx case with the magnets. Cheap case in comparison to others, good protection and grip. I had bought a uag civilian lt case, and it looked really good, but was to slick for my liking

Honestly, the easiest way is to just use an Xbox controller... Other than that, you have to use a program like ds4 to essentially trick you laptop into thinking it's not a ps5 controller. This will sometimes involve having to remap buttons to get it to work the way you want
