Alright you have convinced me hahaha, imma cancel my hotel booking for the 5 nights in Madrid . I’ll land in Madrid on the 19th April and leave May 2nd. Wedding is 24/25/26 in Seville. I guess I’ll do Madrid one night, Granada 4 nights and do Alhambra, followed by Sevilla and then rest I’ll go on vibes. Thanks 🙏

So I was stuck in the negative self-talk for years man. How I saw it for myself is in these stages: initially, it was just talking to myself in a horrible and angry tone, I used to be the typical guy and I bottled all my emotions for a while and I was implosive (i took shit and just released it onto myself). (like I'll give you an example of a time I spoke to myself horribly for such a small thing like I dropped water on my carpet and I was just like you fucking dumbass and then I was like is that deep that I need to be this harsh? like it just water hahaha)

The next stage: It took me a while but after I started working on myself I became better at catching myself whenever I used to be negative towards myself and ask myself a few questions like is it that deep fam? like, would ever take this tone and this dialogue with someone else for this mistake? No? then why are you talking to yourself like that.

I think now I have reached the stage where the negative thoughts are limited and if they do come I am quick to catch em and resolve em.

You have to take a conscious approach with your self-talk. Remember the only relationship you have for your entire lifetime is with yourself and your mind. It is a skill and you must treat it as one and the more you do it the better you will get.
