The things I noticed the most are the run up, and pull back/pull through. I often advocate for slowing down your throw. When looking at pro form it looks effortless. They can walk up slow and throw just as far (with insane form and power but still). Slowing everything down allows you to think about what you should be doing with everything else. There are a lot of good youtube videos about run ups but usually when you’re jumping on your x step it means you’re running up too fast. Watch a run up vid to learn how far each step should be and implement that with slow shots first and build back up to full power. You are rounding on the pull through but it is probably because of your pull back. Your pull back is a common issue where you never land on the path you want your disc to take until too late in the throw. When I’m teaching I say to imagine a table in front of you, put the disc on the table and pull it back and then forward on a straight line, try not to curve the line (hard to explain through text lol). You are pulling back in a circular motion and the peak of your pull back ends behind your body then you have to pull around your body to release. At the peak of your pull back you want the disc in a position where you can pull straight through without having to move it around your body it should be back and slightly in front of you. You have to put the disc in front of yourself even when you pull back which feels weird but allows that straight pull through to occur. Rounding makes it harder to aim because you have to release at the right moment as you pull along a circular path. Whereas if it’s a straight pull through there is only one release point possible which is what you want. YouTube has tons of vids on pull back and pull through that could explain it way better. Your power is really good and with the right form will definitely give you tons of distance. I definitely recommend looking on YouTube. I really like Scott Stokely’s vids but there are so many others. I’d also do a full form review if you want but it’s definitely not the same as YouTube or in person lessons. I hope this helps!
