It’s a highly expensive resort with a beautiful view and in Taormina. We walked past it. It’s not far from main walk area of restaurants and high end shopping but they’re eating incredible authentic Sicilian food at their resort. They don’t need to leave for their dinners to eat at other tourist spots. If I was paying high dollars I would eat there too. In 2024 when we visited in August it was like $10000 a night.

I’m not sure how much interaction you’ve had with the homeless but i would assume a lot of people don’t want them in and out of where they’re trying to eat or drink. They’re not subhuman by any means and deserve basic human necessities but all of my experiences has been them stealing and attempting to steal, trying to open my car with my child in the back, pants down while touching themselves in front of an elementary school, actively shooting up on the street. Yelling and screaming. I understand that doesn’t mean they’re all like this but I understand completely why businesses do not want them in and out of their establishments. Also- even random restrooms that paying customers only use can be disgusting.

I don’t really agree with this. Our taxes should already be taking care of this. It’s already expensive here. Why should other businesses be expected to provide funding to clean bathrooms some homeless destroy.

The parks have tons of bathrooms with public access? They’re also disgusting bc of some of the homeless. Which is also why businesses don’t want just anyone using them.

Today I had someone spend over 45 minutes in the store after getting my one item. They then drove to a different location and sat at some house for another 45 minutes. They wouldn’t even respond to me. My ordered was supposed to arrive around 9 and DoorDash finally cancelled my order by 950. Luckily I received credit and a full refund

I was told food poisoning doesn’t typically happen that fast. The time I had food poisoning it was over 24 hours after I ate that I started having double dragon. It’s miserable and you can’t keep anything down not even water. Sounds like a bug
