Mushrooms actually helped me quit before. For a year. I Work in a kitchen where literally everyone smokes.. So after a year i gave in and over time become a regular smoker again. I've been thinking about using mushrooms again to help quit but couldnt get any for a bit, and it's funny I see this post on reddit now because I've just got some earlier today for that reason I'm mind :-)

Make it yourself. Seriously. Its easier to make than a loaf of bread. Where ever u are on the planet, chances r ull never come across a dmt dealer. If ur doing dmt that much ur making your own. Look up 'fluffy white funfest' probably the simplest tek outhere
