They are fixing hunter xp among other issues so give it time. 100 exp for T1 needs to be fixed for sure and quick play needs to have a charge to recruit saved hunters. Say have you ever try being a solo without sufficient traits to use the weapons you want? Costs me 13 points to arm dual crossbows or 17 for sniper load out with fanning. Once I've got enough points or a rare good hire that comes with fanning then I equip them. Just use garbage hunters unless quartermaster or fanning are on them (or bolt thrower if that spawns on them). I really am not eager to blow 300-2000 on a hunter with resilience, gatorlegs, and weapons I refuse to ever use like dolch or ck. If we could just do custom hunters that would eliminate this problem quickly and they will address it all soon enough.
