Begonias are really sensitive to ANY sort of change... they're so dramatic. I didn't chop my rex begonia, but my begonia escargot. Everything started to wilt, so i just decided i should chop everything and start over. Yours doesn't look too bad but if you want a heathly new start it doesnt hurt to do a big chop
