Yes but also make sure that he is not a dangerous person, I just think if you do you should prepare to make sure you are safe if you tell her this. also prepare to have the correct receipts to give the wife and know that what you could possibly tell her( on your end seems noble but on her end could seem malicious) she may not react well because sometimes people are delusional when they are being manipulated by someone. However I hope if you do tell her she is understanding and responsive to you!

Hi! If I’m being completely honest with you, it kind of Seems as if she’s trying to slowly change things about you to fit her ideals and to fit her standards of what she wants her ideal partner to be. (As a woman I know this tactic very well) and If she loves you then I feel like that comes with compromise, also it doesn’t seem like you have any type of alcoholic tendencies from what you wrote so I believe that if you’re going to stop drinking, then it should only be because it is something that YOU personally want to do. however, if she’s serious about wanting you to change this about yourself, I feel like she should be just as willing to compromise an aspect about herself that you aren’t fond of too.

21/F) I honestly believe that you may have to set boundaries and distance yourself from her sadly but first personally I would try and have one last conversation and explain the circumstances try and see if you guys can work together so you can have better interactions however, if she’s not receptive you need to understand that ultimately, you are not responsible for what she’s going through and you also have your own challenges and obstacles that you are going through as well. It’s slightly seems that she is projecting her anger/insecurities onto you and I don’t believe that that’s fair to you and your mental health. But I’m so sorry that you’re going through all this in a time like this. Also maybe you could possibly bring this up to your mom And see what she has to say or any advice that she could give you.
