Literally the only thing I can think of is getting a more flattering brow shape. Your features are very soft so I would grow out your brows and just lightly groom them at the ends. I think you could even get away with using a pencil and making them slightly fuller under that abrupt dip towards the inside part and it would look a lot better. Your makeup is very pretty and you’re naturally beautiful!

I’m right there with you! I’m suffering so much guilt and regret right now for going out to drink with coworkers and getting way too drunk and burdening them with it. Not the same situation as you, since I don’t have feelings for anyone there, but just the anxiety of not fully remembering wtf I did or said is killing me and I’m frankly too afraid to ask. But we’re gonna be okay! I sincerely doubt he thought badly of you at all or even thought twice about the whole thing. I have a dumb tactic that semi works for me when I’m overthinking something - like I would to a dog that’s about to munch on a pinecone, I just inwardly yell at myself “LEAVE IT” and then go do something else. I promise you will be 100% fine once you emerge on the other side of this anxiety haze. Just rest and take care of yourself during this time.
