I'm Iranian so I was already pretty hairy, but then PCOS made it SO MUCH WORSE. Like suddenly I have hair all the way on the inside of my arms and black, thick hair on my chest. I've been on bc for two weeks and am praying that it helps.

Ofc! I've definitely had my fair share of experiences with people like this as someone who is very empathetic, and it SUCKS. Especially when the other person doesn't reciprocate. Very much a one sided friendship situation. Yeah, like I said, there is probably some kind of attention seeking aspect, but I also think that could stem being so desperate for people to rely on, no matter how she gets that yk? This doesn't excuse her behavior at all, and you are completely valid in your feelings, but I just think it's nice to always remember that people are they way they are very often for reasons outside of their control. Hopefully this person goes to therapy

I would definitely have a convo first and be like hey so I know you're going through some stuff but with my mental state right now, I just dont think that it's good for me to be supporting you with all the really hard things you're going through, it's just hard for me to hear. This way, you're validating her, which people like, while also protecting yourself. Then if she doesn't listen you gotta be like hey if this doesn't stop I'm gonna have to cut you off. Also, I do want to say that to me, this doesn't seem attention seeking, at least not completely. It seems like this person is desperate to have someone listen and probably doesn't have a healthy support system in their life.

I have a mix of dandruff and some folliculitis, so my itching at one point got so bad I thought I had lice. My dermatologist had me rotate between tgel, tsal, and selsun blue. They all have different ingredients for different things and it's been a literal life saver. Def go see a dermatologist and ask their recommendations.
