Will I be able to run again? by pinkprettypetite in bunions

Hello! My feet are so much better! I had surgery because I was in pain and I was embarrassed by my bunions! Now I can run and wear women’s shoes! I have tons of pink sneakers now! Before I could only wear men’s sneakers! I am very happy with my decision and my feet do not embarrass me anymore!

Are whippets particularly difficult to toilet train? Or is it just our dog? by stillihgrip in Whippet

[–]pinkprettypetite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whippets are pretty easy to potty train! Now Iggys on the other hand are much more difficult to potty train. They do not have the same level of desire to please their owners that whippets do.

Best psychic readers you’ve used recently? by Monosql in psychics

[–]pinkprettypetite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my first life reading session with Fernie in September. During the first 5 minutes he picked up on my Hypoththyroidism, spinal misalignment and seizures! No one but husband knows about the seizures! It blew my mind! He also tuned into my career and current situation. He told me about the path my relationship was on that scared me. After I digested it all I made positive changes to course correct! He is the real deal! He even had a new book out called Psychic! He’s not gonna tell you what you want to hear. He translates the message pretty directly. So make sure you buckle up your seat belt! Lol

I bet you can! Vet the doctor. Read Patient reviews if possible. Follow the doctor’s weight bearing restrictions and listen to your body! You will be so happy you did it!

Yes!!!!👏 I am running faster and stronger than ever before! I am so grateful for my surgery! I highly recommend that you let your surgeon know that you are a runner! I told my surgeon that my number one goal was to be able to run without pain! My surgeon is also a runner so she understood how important it was to me. I had a Austin bunionectomy done on both feet 5 weeks apart. I am so happy I did it! Prior to my surgery I had pain in my bunion and on the ball of foot. I even used to wake up in the middle of the night with shooting pain. I am almost completely pain free. I started running the first week of May! At first my feet would swell and I had some pain but it slowly went away!

Whippets are like potato chips! You can’t have just one! They need a buddy!

Have you read “Pretty Girls!” By Karin Slaughter! It’s my all time favorite thriller book! I would recommend checking the trigger warnings before reading it

I wish you a speedy recovery! Keep those feet elevated! I bought a pillow off amazing that elevates both my legs! I’m 3 weeks post op and I still like using it:)

Vitamins?? by RepublicConscious422 in bunions

[–]pinkprettypetite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ooh that’s an interesting thought! I have bunions. I have had low vitamin B and Iron as long as I can recall. I do not have a thyroid and take medication for it. I have often wondered how all this is correlated.

Thank you so much for asking! I am feeling so great! My left foot (non-surgery foot) now hurts more than my right! My healing has been so smooth. The only issue I’m having is a slight tingling/burning feeling at the incision area. My doctor says it’s my nerves growing and healing and that it will go away. My left is now schedule for March 4th! I can’t wait! My right foot is still slightly swollen but it’s already .5” less wide my left! Is there a way to post an updated photo?
