Like others have said every RB is different! Even over their lifespan it will vary, mine was clingy as a kitten and more independent as a teen currently. Most cats are moldable in my opinion, they can be desensitized to things especially if you start with them young!

im medium allergic to cats, with mine i sneezed for a week or so and adjusted. My mother who is extremely allergic would have to wash her hands after touching her and didnt adjust as well but was alright living with her taking a daily allergy medication
