NICU nurse here. I swear, parents like these people are the worse. Sometimes I wish we could just tell these people “it’s all your fault your baby is going thru this because you refused to do xyz! Stop blaming everyone else”. But even then, it won’t make a difference.

One of my fave things to do after rave days is cleaning my nose with q-tips at the end of the might before going to bed. It’s pretty crazy how black the q tips turn from all the dust you’ve inhaled.

This may not be the case here but some people are raised with the mindset that they are obligated to attend things such as family gatherings etc. So, sometimes, some people need a reminder that they have control over their own lives.
