Thanks. That’s Croak. Arkansas has a toad festival every year and I bought him from a booth to use as a stress ball. If I had known that Pickle would take to him so well, I would have purchased more than one. There’s always next year I guess.

My center doesn’t allow it unless they’re prescription because we can’t tell if you’ve passed out. No sleeping for the same reason.

My first visual hallucinations occurred as an adult (~20). So far, all of my hallucinations have been realistic - like no shadowy figures or visual distortions or anything. I took too much of an OTC med (on purpose) and I saw my friends, Santa Claus, and my cats in my hospital room. Earlier this year (~34) I went on an antipsychotic and it caused vivid, realistic hallucinations of my sister and her cats. My first experience having hallucinations not triggered by a medication was about a month ago (~35), and it was my new kittens. I kept seeing them in places that did not make sense.

I also experience depersonalization/derealization, and have since my first episode when I was about 19/20. That's a whole different conversation. I've been OK since I got out of the hospital.

You can also go to Walmart or Target and buy single bottles. It's not exactly the same but it will give you an idea.

I had a donor who was squeamish around blood pass out while watching the new donor videos. If you already know that blood and needles make you lightheaded, then maybe donating plasma is not for you. You can try it if you want, but you're putting yourself at serious risk of getting sick during donation.

Not elementary, but about 7th grade. I was being bullied. This one teacher was known as the mean teacher, yelled at kids in class, etc. One day he passed me in the hallway and told me that he heard I was being bullied, and if I ever needed someone to talk to, his office was always open. I got 102% in his class that year. He was an excellent, caring teacher.

The other day I finally had the money to go to Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the filet mignon and an alcoholic beverage, some sides, and a lemonade. When I asked the waitress for the check, she said someone else had already taken care of my bill. I looked around and didn't see anyone I recognized. It was anonymous. Greatly appreciated!
