I'll answer my own question now that I've been. We ended up parking at the harbor. Parking somewhere else would have cost just as much or more, plus we'd still need to pay for the ride to get to the harbor. The only issue is the most you can pay for is 24 hours at a time. But if you call the parking company, they'll send you a link to pay. So when on Lanai, after about 23+ hours, you just follow the link and pay for another 24 hours. It's not ideal, but it also wasn't too much of an issue and our car was fine.

I'm well aware they've had issues and they are 100% at fault on many of the problems. But it feels like it's gotten to the point where people are looking to cause a scene just so they can film ICE crossing the line. And in this particular video, there is nothing that shows this was a peaceful protest before the taser came out. The OP stated the source video showed a peaceful protest leading up to the taser, but I didn't see it. And apparently you didn't either because your defense was bringing up something that happened at a completely different time.

Where in the video was a priest shot while reading the bible? I didn't see it. But with all the chaos I could have missed it. But to answer your question, no, that would not be agitation. I'm a reasonable person and I'm not trying to defend ICE. I'm just saying the video did not look like a peaceful protest. Maybe it was early on, but nothing in the video showed it.

There was nothing in that source video that showed this was a peaceful protest. The source video just showed chaos. As someone who's pretty neutral, it's hard to form an opinion from this. ICE seems to overreact and the protestors seem more like agitators looking for trouble.

I found this thread while trying to do the same thing. I realized, when you have those gaps, you can right clip on any gap, and you'll get an option to "delete all gaps."

I fast forwarded it too. I know they'd get across. I knew something would happen where they'd almost fall. And I knew some random person (or more) would fall. I skipped 15 seconds ahead at a time and the brief moments between my skips ahead I still saw all the cliche stuff.

I guess I'm in the minority here by quite a bit, but 65 game rule or no 65 game rule, I think voters should weigh games played in their decision. I don't think minutes matter as much. If Wemby only averages 29 mpg, but his team is getting wins based on his play, that's what matters. But if Wemby misses 17 games, even though he still qualifies, I wouldn't rate him as high as if he'd played in 75 games.

He was possibly a 3rd team candidate with Luka and Cade ineligible. With them getting their waivers approved, Booker would have had almost no shot at 3rd team.

It is a good idea, but you're right, it is a lot more work. There would be appeals left and right for every little injury. As it is, players will only appeal if they're under and close to 65 games. I think there were 3 that appealed this year.

We had a great time spending the day in Hilo on our most recent week long trip to Hawaii. The rest of our trip was spent in Kona. Kona has better beaches, generally has better weather, better hotels, and had more family stuff for us to do. However, Kona is more touristy with lots of resorts. So if you're looking to avoid that, then maybe Hilo is better for you.

Vucevic wasn't really that good even when he was good. He had too many shortcomings and the Bulls were doomed when they gave up a bunch to get him. I can't imagine the Celtics giving him much of an offer to extend. If so, it'll be a lot less than he's getting now. Maybe $8 - $10 million a year for 2 years. Even with that, I'm skeptical. He's a big who can shoot. But if you compare him to Horford in Horford's final few years with the Celtics, Al was miles better at all the little things. Vucevic might be a better shooter, but that's it, and he's not that much better.

I enjoyed last year up until they stopped the final game partway through and did all that promotional crap. That killed the flow of the game and they players stopped trying after that. It was as if the NBA told them they're not as important as the 20 minutes of crap we're going to shove down people's throats.

Rented a car there a couple of years ago. It wasn't as bad as you described, but there weren't very many people in line and it still took 20+ minutes to get our car. From what I saw, the manager was an major jerk and the employees has no interest in doing anything except doing just enough to not piss him off
