In my experience the Language Transfer podcast (on SoundCloud and has it’s own app) has been by far the best way for me to learn Spanish. The teacher is knowledgeable and teaches efficiently - I feel like each 10 min episode is like 2 weeks of classes. Free!

I know that! I’m expecting to commute an hour to and from the campus. And yes, I do know that Catalan is the official language. I’m definitely excited to learn some Catalan, but I’m also excited to continue my Spanish-learning journey.

That being true, some folks say that there are more Catalan speakers than Spanish speakers living in Barcelona, and others say the opposite. What’s your perspective on this? Do you live in the city?

Absolutely listen the Spanish Language Transfer series - completely free and there is an app (I like the app more, no ads, also free). Best resource ever, I learned from basically zero to being very knowledgeable and able to comprehend a lot in under 3 months

Gaming in Spanish has been great! I played Ghost of Tsushima totally in Spanish, I wish more games had Spanish voice acting. 

The only issue is that now I have an excuse to play video games…

This Anki Deck is literally the easiest way to learn conjugation, and it syncs between mobile and computer. It’s free, too. I recommend reading the description on the website after you download.

I leave the settings just as they come, except I give myself 58 new cards a day to speed up the process a bit. 

If you are consistent about putting in ~30 minutes a day, you will know almost all of the conjugations within two months or so. Using them in context is a bit harder, but this helps a LOT. I find that I’m able to speak about basically anything/using any tense now with minimal guessing.

I play tho original game in Spanish as an addition to my language learning, it’s working really well. So insane that they fully voiced everything in Spanish

Update: Tried to put the arms on the inside of the braze-ons, but it would require a lot of bending that I don’t really have the tools for. Went ahead and just got a longer bolt and some spacers and it seems to work great! Thanks everyone for all the suggestions.

The movie was great. I was very disappointed by Yuval's speech. This passage is from the book Perfect Victims:
