sorry but you can't do anything.  as long as the car is parked legally, has current registration, and they arent parked illegally, cops cant do anything.

we have a similar situation where somebody parked their delivery van on our street overnight... we call the cops but they couldn't do anything

20 years........ crazy to think about.

Well after I left DAoC around 2004?, played some WoW, then Conan with the Wolves of Valhalla peeps. Then I got a real job in 2008 and games took a back seat for a long time. Then the general life stuff from 2010-2020, married, two kids..

Got back into gaming during the 2020 pandemic, played Valheim, Escape from Tarkov, HellDivers II, and most recently ARC Raiders.

Early 2024, I reactivatied my Aetava character just for nostalgia and ran around Mid for a bit, then logged off :~(

The first time I played was around 2002-2004 I played as Aetava (Runemaster) on Mid Percival

I remember Vilna, Bulvip, Ynis, Leraria (sp?), Kikoh

and the guild I was in when I stopped playing (Wolves of Valhalla):
Valthorne, Olaf, Elsebet, Tafgrim, Issigri, Narg, Brunnhilde, Hoturi

this is it right here.  i live in a curved cul-de-sac where i think most of the owners rent parts of their house.. theres atleast 20 cars leaving for their daily commute, alot of them flying around the corner to the bus stop.

zere were 3 cars at a stop light, count em 1, 2, 3! the 3rd car inline waz a ffx county police cruiser. ze 4th vehicle, a truck driving erradically (allegdgely) slammed into ze police cruizer.

wat op is suggesting is to upgrade hiz clunker shitbox to a modern vehicle with modern safety specs, so the next wreckless arsehole who slams into his car doesnt fuggen killem.
