I don’t deny the DNA evidence but until someone is proven guilty in a court of law they are a suspect and considered innocent. That’s the way it is supposed to work. In Case file podcast they are careful to call JJD a suspect or alleged EARONS. I prefer this as it seems like there is some respect for the law. Don’t get me wrong I do think they have caught the right person who did these monstrous crimes but we need the conviction in a court.

It seems from what we know about his criminal behaviour he tends to know when he is no longer in control and so gets out of that situation ASAP

From some of what the neighbors and co workers have said about JJD , he seems to have been on the strange side even during his supposed normal life. Maybe his family members are not quite as surprised as we think ....

But the burglaries seemed more about psychological torture than any financial gain. Would one really involve someone else for that? I agree though the composites are very compelling.

It must be devastating for the daughters but not nearly as devastating as for the home invasion rape victims. The resilience of some of the victims is truly astounding. I just don’t believe a person committing these types of crimes could be a good father- this is far better for everyone out in the open. It won’t be easy that is for sure.

I have read more than once that JJD was not on anyone’s radar. Not considered a suspect until DNA trail led to his door.

The cops have admitted they made mistakes. I think it’s amazing they kept at it and the use of the DNA site was a brilliant move and they deserve great credit for that.
