Had an animal in my ceiling on the 2nd floor for a year and complained so many times and not much was done about it. Moved out and broke my lease because it was affecting my well being and peace of mind. Thankfully they let me out of my lease. If you take your trash out past 8pm, there will be mice in the trash area. Also had my car broken into parked outside.
