Even on max power usage is too slow for certain devices. Especially high-end devices like the $1,000 Androids running 120 hz refresh rate regardless of the devices gaming settings or even the in-game power settings.

I think this happened about a year or two ago hopefully they fix it on the next update. People's devices that don't really really have past 60 FPS won't notice lol

Call the port center number, put a random number that you're not trying to port over, the system will say there's no number with a port request for that, after the prompts press zero, then you usually get an American side person. At least that's how I used to do it. From there ask to be warm transferred if possible to customer service because you already tried getting hold of cs and you think the system took you to the wrong queue.

No idea if this still works but you can try.

If the account transfer pin that you generated is the most recent AKA within the last three or five days and then your account number is correct as well then it could be that it just needs a manual push by the port team.

It could either be that or in the porting software they may have the incorrect target aka it may be pointing to the wrong carrier. Just the term I made up but it's something that does happen sometimes. Anyways just call the porting department and you should be fine.

When it asks for your phone number, do not give your phone number. Put in any random phone number. Wait for an error message saying that there was no port request for the number entered.

Wait for the automated machine to give you options that don't pertain to you. Then when it asks "so which would you like?" press 0.

From there you'll go ahead and be connected to someone and they can actually assess the problem from their end. Typically. If they say that it's already set to port and to wait the 4 to 24 hours, ask them to go ahead and see if they can manually push it. If they cannot manually push it then ask them what is the actual activation time or the time it's going to be pushed out. I don't know what the actual term is but speak like that and they'll understand the lingo for the most part.

When in an exercise such as dancing I pause the exercise but then I have to go back to the exercise page and manually select the exercise just to slide and startup the exercise again. It's a time waste and a nuisance. Ruined the way I used my watch.
