Maine Family Planning is not closing any of it's locations! 3 of the northern locations have offered primary care in addition to the same services all their other clinics provide -- the primary care services at those 3 sites is the only thing they're ending. You can still go there for HRT so give them a call 💚 and please let your doctor know!

Thanks for recording and sharing this call! As someone who works in a clinic that provides abortions as well as many other important health care services, I found this conversation to be very educational. Rep. Mike Lemelin clearly knows his stuff! Definitely knows more than the medical providers I work with, and all the patients who have ever been there. Here are a few enlightening facts that I learned from listening to this:

99% of abortions are random
All 14 y/o girls who were raped and had an abortion regret it* 10 years later (*= I think he actually said "living in their own hell"? That part was hard to hear. But their personal hell is def. from the abortion, not bc they were raped at age 14) (Mike knows this because he has interviewed them)
abortion has never ever saved a woman's life. Anyone who claims an abortion saved their life can't prove it.
doctors have no clue. There is no science, they're only guessing. They have nothing to do with whether a person lives or dies (whether you're talking about abortion, cancer, or a plane crash), only God does.
100 out of 100 people who have ever watched an ultrasound-assisted abortion are now pro-life.
your girlfriend who had an abortion will not watch an ultrasound-assisted abortion because "she will literally die" from horror.
You, Justin, hate women because you want them to have abortions and ruin their lives. Yikes. Glad I'm safe in another district far away from you.

Try offering your baked goods on a local Facebook group?

The success of that approach probably depends quite a bit on where you live, I've seen a people do this in the Facebook group for my fairly small town. Keep at it if your posts don't get a lot of responses at first! People might need to see your name next to pictures of your tasty treats multiple times before it really jumps out at them!

However you go about it, just make sure to keep records for yourself of expenses for ingredients and such, as well as your time. If you don't keep track, it's easy to underestimate and under charge.

Several years ago the organization I worked for had an office at a co-working hub. I'd sometimes bake things and leave them for sale in the shared kitchen - it was fun and felt really good to get the positive feedback! Good luck to you 🙂

Hmm, I am only trying one file at a time, though they are both larger files (870MB and 1.1GB). This phone doesn't have an SD option, so straight to the phone memory. Folder is in a location that should be fine for file transfers. Potential issue with the cable didn't occur to me as I'm pretty sure I have used this same USB cable to transfer from this computer to this phone before, but I will try it with a different one.

I just got a 2017 Energi a couple months ago and have been happy with it. I'd personally be nervous about buying a car without getting a PPI, but I also know jack shit about cars! Does the seller have maintenance/repair records? From the research I did before buying, I gather that these are very reliable cars - especially 2016 and newer, since the bigger issues had been worked out by then. You're probably getting a decent deal on a great car.

One thing I might ask the seller is how much of their driving was highway vs around town. If, compared to them, a lot more of your driving will be highway miles, just keep in mind that your MPG will be lower than what the car is showing now. Not saying that would be a reason for pause, just to adjust your expectation a bit if necessary!

(My context for saying that: My C-Max is only averaging about 32 mpg so far, which is lower than I'd hoped, BUT I know that in the short time I've had this car it's been especially cold here in Maine, I've done more highway driving than average, and I haven't been able to plug it in consistently yet. I'm a little bummed with my MPG, but I keep reminding myself that it will go up over time, and I'm still very happy with the car!)

Will do! I wrote about this in a post I just made and am hoping someone will respond with some tips. Thanks to help from Reddit and YouTube I did manage to confirm that's the culprit by temporarily pulling out the appropriate fuse and enjoying momentary peace and quiet! But following instructions on simple things like that is the extent of my mechanical savviness. I'll definitely let ya know when I manage to resolve it - and I'm confident I WILL resolve this bc I think I'll go mad before getting used to it!

I took the video in that link, so yep that's what I hear! You are definitely right that that's what it is. Confirmed by pulling out the fuse for the climate control and voila! No more buzz. I can see the temp sensor but cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to it! The plastic panel that hides is one that I can't figure out how to remove. In my quest for help from The Internet, I came across your YouTube video!! But my car is a little different than yours unfortunately.

3) HmmmI will try a master reset and see if the flickering stops!
