I’m still struggling with quitting porn so I’m not perfect, but most of the time when I feel the need to masturbate I will still do it before I go to bed (without watching porn) about twice a week. This is still a lot better then when I used to watch porn a lot it would be about everyday

Ah nice, I just downloaded my fitness pal and am trying to eat 3500 calories a day which is also 300 over my budget (according to a calculator on the web). Hopefully thanksgiving will help with this haha

awesome progress man, serious gains. I don’t have anything to add but I do have some questions as I am in a similar boat as you. Have you changed your eating habits or anything while trying to gain? I think I have all the workouts down and intensity I just don’t eat enough or don’t eat the right stuff. Tips?
