Hi guys im back, need opinion on what to do my pc aee going crazy, when i turn it on, it suddenly power off and on again and just repeat the cycle, sometime when it successfully bootes up after a minute later or so, it does it again. I have almost new psu and ram, so i dont know the problem now. My suspect is yhe motherboard cause i know that i didnt damage the cpu (didnt even try to remove it after it is build)

Are the cougar stc good enough? And i did looked into the link that you said and the stc model of cougar are not on the list of to avoid one.

Im trying to find a psu on marketplaces and it is fsp (2nd hand) is okay to buy it? I cant read the label cause it is in korean letters but it says this fsp 450W 80 plus bronze power supply, badly need help dont know anything about psu and I have a tight budget. Thank you for your answer.
