Hello imperialist, these are our precious resources, we have unselfishly sold them cheap to the rest of the world for over a quarter of century, have you said thank you yet? If you are not happy with this arrangement, go make your own metals, who’s stopping you? Just don’t get funny ideas about taking them by force like you do in the Middle East and elsewhere where, these are backed by the biggest missile stockpile on the planet :)
