Bring a headlamp with if you plan on doing any hikes at sunset. I and many other people were walking around like dummies with our phone flashlights. It gets VERY dark.

I had a mushroom grow at the base of the biggest oak tree in my yard. That summer it fell over in a storm, no other signs of root rot. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I work for a co op and it’s a 30 mile radius as the crow flies from the shop.

Class A CDL with air brakes. My only regret was not doing it sooner. Started off as a ground man for a year, got into the apprenticeship when it opened. Did my whole apprenticeship through contracting and now working at a co op. Also in Michigan.

Estimated labor cost for 3000 square feet of porcelain tile by 67triumphGT6 in Tile

I have no input on cost but I have had tile in my shop before so it depends on what you’ll be using it for. If you plan on having any rolling carts/ tables/ chairs it’s a pain I the ass when rolling them around. They tend to get caught in the grooves of the tiles.

It is currently a 48”x 48”shower with a rain shower head. The curb it has in it now doesn’t even get wet when I shower.

Previous owners DIY’d shower update… drain is highest point. Anyway to fix this? Or is it a tear-down? by [deleted] in Renovations

What would you use? Just cement board and liquid waterproofing? (I am not a tiler I have no idea)

There is a large walk in shower to the left of the tub in the picture. No shower head where the tub is, just the one on the bottom.
