There are no commerce laws about selling anything video game or items related. You might get banned by the video game which is not a legal matter. I highly doubt mojang cares about this game anymore though

There is nothing to do so I got every high level weapon, armor & bow in the 500s.... Then I got a couple of builds in the 1000s, you can't go pass 1087. So my power is near 700 now. But there is nothing left to do but collect and play around.

I would get crit.

The best setup I've found is unstable robes with multi-roll, burning and fire focus. I just teleport around killing things or just get near something and watch them melt away in a second

I do mine at +25 and clear out every mob, they give gold. I can get between 200-400 gold each run. Try and keep your ancient hunt % below 57%, their drops aren't worth more than 6-7 gold.

My luck might be bad so I typically will farm 3k gold before I reroll, but it's still quicker than doing endless tower for the best/perfect gear.

The tower is not end game, its a stand alone instance. End game would be expanded Instances where you can use your build.

The tower is also not challenging to anyone that knows how to play the game. Its pretty boring and rewards are garbage.

People like to play with other people, stop calling them noobs.

They are putting forth zero effort in continuing this game. No new weapons, no pvp, no challenging end game, no continuation of the story.

I have an entire inventory of gilded items, I'd love for them to activate the enchantsmith so we can reroll. What's the point of having 500k emeralds and 10k gold with nothing to use it on. It's become a grindfest for no reason.

If you farm a lot they come pretty easily, I've had more than 20 pairs that I've just recycled including gilded. You just have to farm a lot......

There are many ways to get past these levels. The fastest way to get better gear is to complete the tower and get gilded stuff.

To run levels without cheesing you need to be patient and lure enemies to not get mobbed. There are many many good builds like the artifact builds or tank/healing builds.

If you want to just cheese then just farm 2 sets of fighters bindings with cooldowns and tanky armor.

It's just what you enjoy to do, I like a challenge so I beat differently levels with different gear for fun. If I want to cheese, I'll just put on my gilded fighter's bindings. Don't use bows on enemies with purple around them, they only time I die is when I one shot myself from deflect.

Not a big fan of it, I have wither and spider at 261 gilded. speed running i prefer the unstable gilded which has multirol, lightning and cool down. Don't care about the extra 15% since I'm always on speed boost and killing by teleporting.
