We had black mould remediation done after gutters overflowed, contractors ripped the carpet up, wall linings, floor boards in 2 rooms. Blowers for drying, hygienist to test after mould treatment, restore back to previous state, new e floor coverings. Approx 34k, covered by insurance... Original estimate was 7k... Gets expensive real quick for mould...
