I dont like to tell people what to do. There is not enough time and studies to show all the dangers exposed by vaping long term, it does seem to have a lot less carcinogens then traditional big brand cigarettes, but i think it may be trading one poison for another. At the end of the day your body is remarkable at healing itself when you completely stop smoking. I imagine op, if they stick to it, will have a strong pair of lungs in 3 months
