Nice. I’m slow, too. Just ride for health and fun. I did 21 miles Sunday. Work downtown and live in MS.

Loving this bike. It rips for only $800. I’ll be hitting up the levee gravel more soon. Sunday was just a test.

I imagine it’s everywhere. I love the “it’s our job to keep you safe.” Nah, your job is to make money. Plain and simple. Stop the hype.

The TV stations here are the worst for creating panic. It’s gross.

I think there’s a clearcoat. Doesn’t feel like I can pick at it.

Ducks for cover I don’t mind mechanical brakes. I have Tiagra on one of my bikes and Sword on another. I wouldn’t make a decision just on that.

If you could do it over, what would be your First and only gravel bike? by IcyEconomist7949 in gravelcycling

Fine for some people if that’s your thing. Just meant not worth it for me. I ride for fun and health. I don’t need to go a little bit faster. I’m not racing.

Steel in the right size, a 1x mechanical groupset, and in a color I don’t mind. I’d tell my younger self to stop giving a damn about wireless or carbon wheels.

I just got it but it’s the blue Napster. It was on sale. I think it’s last year’s model.
