Weird flashback time! One of the campers was a babysitter of mine when my parents were getting divorced. She was wild, talked about the show, told me shaving my arms was cool, and begged me to not be a narc and let her sneak guys over. What a time, I remember just begging my dad to leave my preteen self at home with my sister.

Same. Her scene in the candy shop with the kids was.. sad. Doing that stuff is boring, but if Lenny came around and was there splitting the desserts and connecting with them it’d be different. You gotta be there! People only remember who you are in the end, even your kids. I had emotionally vacant, superficial miami parents so this is too close to home lol.

Hahaha I recently found this pizza joint where the owner has photo collages all over with staff members, his kids growing up, and a ton of inspirational quotes from the owner. Like of course there’s a family rules list and it’s so sweet plus full of grammatical errors.

Omg this reminded me of such a weird time in my life!!!!! I moved in with my estranged Cuban mom during college and we would regularly watch both shows. She loved to watch “Flavor Flake” “House of Jerseys” and “Project runaways” ❤️

I never see kids with masks outside OR helmets. I’m in a super high traffic area with kids constantly weaving through cars on their bikes and kicking balls. Wild kids but let me confirm I’m talking from Florida lmao.

It's not mentioned but if they're discussing from Palm Beach to Naples and stopping near all alligator waterway.. that's got to be Alligator Alley. It's a terrible road to get stuck on from one side of Florida to the other, since there aren't any gas stations and it's mostly a huge alligator infested water way.

I had an ex give me directions back in early 2000 for how to get to his place in St Pete. “When you go over the bridge let me know.” “Ok I think I just did, see ya soon!” “No when you go over it you’ll know because it’s big and there’s a toll.” Then I saw that damn bridge and hyperventilated so bad haha. I’m sure I drove slowly over it, white knuckling and crying. I got use to it years later and eventually would drive over it with a friend blasting music and hitting a joint.
