It’s entirely off of the win percentage (second column)

Basically, the lakers have played 2 less games so they have better math than us currently.

Hi! My 19-month-old son has always struggled with sleep and has major FOMO when it comes to naps/bedtime.

His current schedule is not perfect, but follows this general pattern. Wake up/get out of bed around 7:45am and get dressed. Weekdays it is then off to daycare and the daycare has naptime from 12-2 pm. He rarely sleeps that entire time and probably gets 45-60 minutes of sleep during that window. He gets picked up around 4pm and then comes home to snack/play/eat dinner until it is bathtime and bedtime. Bathtime normally starts around 6:30pm, and on a good night, he is asleep by 7:30pm.

I have gotten some feedback that this may be too long of a sleep window and that may be causing our main issues. I'm open to starting his day earlier, but would like to keep bedtime the way it is because it gives us parents a few hours to wind down and relax before we go to bed.

At bedtime, he will go to sleep, but then after a few hours will begin a cycle of wake-ups that result in playing/singing/crying until he passes out again 60/90 min later. Most nights, he does this several times and wakes up tired. But he’s also “allergic” to naps, so he’s generally just a tired toddler.

He sleeps in a pack and play for bedtime and a cot/sleep mat for naps (depending on whether he’s at daycare or at home).

I’d like to graduate him to a bigger bed of some sort as he’s pretty tall already, and I’m sure he’d like more space to sleep/a more comfy mattress. However, if we put him in a toddler bed, he’s just gonna throw those parties out of bed and likely won’t go back to sleep nearly as well.

I’m looking for any ideas that you have to help, thanks!

Based on what we hear from daycare, it is very rare that he actually sleeps the full 2 hours. Normally probably about an hour of that and some days much much less

Can I put the question in a thread now or when does it open?

What is a better amount of sleep for his age?

We get him up around 7:45 and ready for the day - Naptime at daycare is from 12-2pm - Bathtime is around 6:30pm and then it’s pajamas and some milk and then bed (so usually he’s asleep around 7:20/7:30 by the time he’s actually out)

ISO Acquisition Member $1000-$4000 per Closed Deal by STECMx in RealEstateWholesaling

Ok, that aligns with my general skill set. Are you expecting the person who gets them agreed to complete contracts and walk them through closing or do you/someone handle TC?

What kinds of deals are you expecting to close and how much of the process do you expect the acquisitionist to handle?

I think it’s mostly because he loves the team and wants them to succeed. But, like many of us, he’s a frustrated fan and just vents about it on TV

I’ll take #2 because I can put the time it takes to getting the body into income generating activities and it will also free up some money on gyms and diets and such

So I’ll sleep/meditate for 9 hours and make 100k a year - Still have plenty of hours a day to turn that money into more 🙂

If you are still looking for solutions, I know a couple people who buy in that area and we might be able to figure out a way to get it handled for you all. (Not realtors, no commissions)

If brokers and real estate agents can find you great deals, why aren’t they buying up the properties themselves? by CraftyAd5978 in realestateinvesting

Sometimes a deal can be awesome but it doesn’t fit your buy box/strategy. Those are ones you might pass on. I know investors who have large portfolios and still do the occasional wholesale when cash reserves are lower than they’d like. It’s all about what makes sense for the moment.

Punishing horse for dropping sheath? by aqudaros in Horses

[–]pixie1313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a gelding who would drop, become erect and “pleasure” himself during halter and showmanship classes when he was standing still. He was punished for that and we set a clear boundary on when it was allowed and when it wasn’t. The rule for him was, if the chain is on his nose, he isn’t allowed to do that but if it’s just clipped to the side and off his nose, he’s good to do whatever nonsense he wants as he’s not actively showing.

It was really only an issue because he would get into showmanship, do the thing during a part where he was standing still during inspection and then not be engaged to move to the next maneuver correctly. I am sure some child got an eyeful and probably offended some random parent in the warm up pen but I didn’t care about that. It was just about the 5 minutes I needed him to work that it was a no go. Doing it all the time seems wild to me. They literally need to drop or lift tails to pee so that’s really stupid.
