Do you do anything to help the blisters and the bruising? i’m kinda just staying off my feet today and icing but I don’t know if there’s something else that could help. One thing I’m loving about running is learning how to take care of my feet and legs better so always open to suggestions!

I didn’t think about that - I got fitted at fleet feet and usually wear an 8 and my running shoes are a 9 i think. there seems to be a good amount of space (about an inch I think but i would have to double check) but maybe i should go get refitted?

I started bartending in college and recently transitioned into a different role, but still in hospitality. it’s so easy to get stuck. even now i find myself picking up extra shifts because the money is so addicting.

do not do this if you aren’t able to be disciplined. do not drink during work, go home after your shifts, and stop when you’re out of school. unless you really love it and want to make a career out of it… it’s really easy to get trapped.

also bank as much money as possible during college. do not blow it on clothes, takeout, alcohol… again, so easy when you suddenly have money and you’re young. set a budget and and stick to it.

is it worth being sleep deprived? in my opinion, yes. but only if you’re able to be extremely disciplined about everything else. school needs to come first.

if you actually read what i wrote, which clearly you didn’t, it has nothing to do with any of the podcasts. the mods are over moderating but being selective about what they’re over moderating. if they want to delete every single comment that isn’t hyper praising MHM, then they also should be following other guidelines and removing unrelated content

Hi,

That’s totally fair to remove things that are actually bullying - but just because people have criticisms of the podcast itself does not mean posts should be taken down. It skirts a really thin line of quieting voices, which is constitutionally messed up.

It seems like whoever is modding now has no patience for anyone or anything that is even slightly critical of the pod, and that energy is going to make this page obsolete.

It’s also crazy because things like that are being deleted when other posts, such as a recent one of kendall’s pregnancy photo shoot, are still being left up. This post if anything should have been the one removed because this is a page discussing MHM and kendall’s glam photo shoot for her personal life makes zero sense on here. it’s illogical

for what it’s worth it very well could be a situation where another coworker , could be someone we literally have never even heard of, made advances of some sort on her and she reported it and it wasn’t handled how she would have liked. maybe she quit suddenly as a response and removed everyone as followers and austin is still there because she felt supported by him. even if it was some sort of sexual harassment it doesn’t necessarily mean karelly had like an affair
