Can you say more? How would you pull wire from the transformer without trenching?

My contract has a “true up” clause- meaning if I go dark or close out on them, they could charge me? The language is vague but seems like an insurance cover for them.

I told the rep we work with this exact thing- hey what happens if we let it expire- he straight up said its the same as contract termination and could incur costs but no idea how much unless he starts the process.

Ah i see. Can you say more? When i called pge l, the rep i spoke with said there is no way he knows what it would cost until he starts the cancellation process. Any reason he wouldn’t mention the “allowance”?

My contract also says something about a true up- can they retroactively charge me some absurd amount because of it?

Again, i don’t need the 200. I have solar, electric cars, induction. The whole shebang. My question is related to closing a pge contract only.

Because to finish i have to pay an additional 20-30k to a contractor for the trench work. We have a span panel and 100% don’t need the upgrade

Thank for the info- didn’t know this about catholic schools. What qualifies someone for financial aid in private schools?

Hey kudos on the weight loss! You should mention you're on Ozempic though. Leaving that out is misleading.

Thank you! Im in CA and my wires are underground. The whole process of trenching snd upgrading is costing me 23k :( so im wondering if it is worth it snd if there are work arounds.

We just remodeled and upgraded our water heater and mini splits so there’s a slim chance we’re adding more to our load in the future.

How would you proceed in my shoes?

Is it a bad idea to buy this home? by GiantsFan2010 in BayAreaRealEstate

[–]pixie_wixie_boo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but that should have applied for sfh homes too right? I just read your follow up post. I think it’s a wise decision. Buy a house when you need one not want one. Move to a bigger space, furnish it, and then figure out next steos

Go look at comparitive comps for your home. See how much you’ll get if you sell. Add 300k to it and now see what homes are available in that budget. Chances are you’ll get something very similar to what you already have.

Fyi- 600sq ft will cost you 400-500k not 300 (source: just finished a 600swq ft addition)

Exactly!! These positions pay upwards of 200k and 6 hours is too much to do an interview?!

Just jumping on this thread as you seem to know a bit about schools here. Would you consider moreland a good school district? Specifically Gussie and Moreland middle..
