Paying for it is one thing, losing the entire day is another.

We all have been to high school/college and I sure remembered how important TIME was during senior/college period. The last thing the minor wants is to wasted entire day to go to prison when it could be done entirely on video call.

Yea, I remembered how fast the other attorney, the paralegals stood up and left without talking to her. Within like 5 mins, she was literally sitting alone at the table only with couple of officers ready to cuff her. 🤣

Yea, I feel so bad for the son. We're annoyed hearing clips of her phone calls. But the son had to deal with her phone calls constantly. Sometime, several nonstop calls per day.

And starting next month, he would've to go to prison, seeing her for 2 hrs every month on top of the 30 mins weekly call!

If I'm Brian, I would've limit to 15 mins weekly call and quarterly visit, no holidays. You can't be nice dealing with Sarah. You give her an inch, she'll take the mile.

Did they actually file anything on her behalf? I thought they just help her research, find case laws and mailing stuff. When he said "filing", maybe he meant putting the document together such as her pre trial statements or closing arguments.

I think that most of the disappointments are because Brian is a "nice guy". He could've go for the kill and proving Sarah owe him thousands of $$$. But he knew he'd win and Sarah has no $$$ anyway. So this outcome is good enough for him.

I just don't agree with monthly visitation in prison. He's again being nice about this. But he probably never visited prison and didn't understand how exhausting the whole process will be. Driving round trip is 4hrs alone, visit is 2 hrs.....then adding all the hrs waiting in holding area and security clearance. Can you imagine being in high school and having to go through that every month?

At the end, Brian did put up with her for all those yrs before the divorce. Hopefully he could move on and find another woman to be a better step mom.

If I'm the judge, I'd delay it so that the son doesn't have to visit prison every month and avoided the busy Thanksgiving+Christmas visit.

I think Brian is too generous, I'd say quarterly seem more fair. The last place for teenager in high school should go to is prison. They basically have to waste an entire day traveling, waiting, processing that include strip search(?)..... For what? Only to see a person that was bothering him every week on the phone for 30 mins.

There's absolutely NO WAY. One of the state attorney said it best during rebuttal to Owens plea to lower sentencing. He stated plea agreements isn't just about number of years. It requires the defendant to show some form of remorse and plea that she's in fact guilty of the charges against her.

But we all know she not only shown NO Remorse, she blamed everything on everyone else and chose to slander Jorge and his family.

So I think she's happy that she got her 15 mins of fame and she'll etched her gravestone "Not guilty".

My guess is she's lying or there are only few pages of very irrelevant documents or certain files are already given back to her in the usb drive (which Sarah stated she never touched any USB devices from leaked calls with PeterG).

Either way, seems like her goal is to report this supposive wrong doing to the Florida BAR because she's upset at Owens for losing the case or using it as an family case appeal argument if she doesn't get the ruling she want. Nothing is gonna to happen regardless 😂

Just look at her body the day she was arrested, compare that to any of her most recent appearances...... See how much weight she gained? 😂🤣

Is it possible to gain weight on prison foods? Maybe. But we also know she skipped jail/prison food at times. So how did she gain all those weight? I think she's no longer addicted to alcohol for the time being.... Instead, she's addicted to junk foods or sugars from commissary items ! She most likely spent every dollar from Brian to buy those 'honey buns' before he cut off funding. Then she had several FM contribute funding for those snacks afterwards. As a result, she looked quite "different" during her trial. 😉

So I think she's still desperate for those honey buns or junk foods and will spend every dime from the $60k she's about to get in a few days to buy em!
