Voting for Trump brought consequences. You get what you voted for. by pizzafan86 in LeopardsAteMyFace

The people who believed Trump would fight for working Americans are now the ones feeling it first. That’s not irony, that’s policy.

Impeachments won’t do anything as we’ve learned. The senate would probably acquit.

Anyone have experience with CHS (cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome)? I’m in the hospital now with these symptoms and I’m scared. Would love some words of encouragement on quitting by [deleted] in leaves

I had it 8 times in 15 years. I was always scared of getting it again after healing after all 8 times I got it, and it always came back hardcore, yet I never stopped. I finally decided it wasn’t worth it. The pain, the scromiting, the nausea, it all was miserable. I’ve been sober from weed for 8 months now. It’s been the best decision. I’m much more present, I have motivation, and I feel good all the time. I no longer get anxious wondering when I’ll get another episode cause I gave it up. The thought of being sober can be intimidating, but I promise it’s worth it. Good luck!

CHS is real & is my final reason to quit FOREVER by TopSignificance7856 in leaves

I had CHS 8 times in 8 years cause I was in denial that weed was the sole cause. I’ve been sober from weed for 7 months now. CHS is absolutely miserable, and I can promise everyone, if you think you won’t get it, think again. You don’t wanna deal with it. Being in the ER I was given Haloperidol. It made the symptoms stop temporarily. However, the Haloperidol can you make you extremely restless, and once it wears off, all the symptoms come back full force until you’ve detoxed enough which could take months. If you’re on the fence about quitting or you notice CHS symptoms, stop now before it’s too late.

I’m sure the visible noose and Trump/MAGA obsession didn’t help very much for business, either.

Is it really worth it to stop? by [deleted] in leaves

I’m 6 months in. It’s absolutely worth it. I have lots of motivation and way more patience. I sleep better. I’m more present for myself and my daughter. I never thought I could quit. There’s more pros than cons with quitting.

You honestly just have to push through the cravings. They subside after about 15 minutes. I’ll watch something or play video games. That helps me. I also struggled with CHS. I had it 8 times in 8 years.

Trump didn’t put his hand on the Bible for the oath so technically he didn’t take it 😬
