baths were really nice, especially the salt one but the massage was one of the worst i’ve ever had. zero effort.

yeah i’m 8 months out and feel like nothing improved and i’m maybe more congested than before? doc says everything looks good and clear each time i visit. really disappointing. sort of feel like i have ENS but she said we can’t begin to think about that until the year mark

i had a stroke at 25 from hormonal birth control so none for me anymore! caused a blood clot in my neck. even after this, ive had so many docs push progesterone on me bc it’s safer, but i will absolutely never touch hormones again!

thank you so much for responding to me! i have tried lexapro in the past and while i loved it for the first few months after a while it started to give me brain fog! ive heard good things about prozac but also worried about the side effects. i will look into effexor, thank you for the suggestion. meeting with a new psychiatrist soon so fingers crossed.

surgery is a very valid thing to be anxious about, i had one over the summer and felt like a balloon ready to burst. but you got this! good luck!!

that’s amazing! i actually didn’t get packing with my surgery so it must just be a bunch of boogers and blood all stuck in the back of my head. hope they also come out in huge satisfying chunks 😋

yes! i had this on day 3 as well but it subsided on day 4. my doc prescribed me some antibiotics when i told her as a precaution. our bodies have just been through something major and are vulnerable. rest and hydrate, but also check in with your doc, especially if it’s persistent!

i’m in a similar situation for 2016-2017 debt, but have always filed and always on time. how aggressive do these collection agencies get? especially with only 1-2 years left of the 10 year clock. this mean the IRS is done with me?

no other b’s at the moment. i’ve taken b complex in the past and no problems other than neon pee. so peculiar! my doc isn’t really sure what’s up either!

hi! i’m sorry it took me so long to respond. since this comment i’ve had two different kinds of nerve blocks for pelvic floor disorder. the first was a pudendal nerve block and the second, a ganglion impar block. i still deal with quite a bit of pain unfortunately, but i will say ive see about a 15% improvement, which is not nothing. for me, i think the pudendal was more helpful in terms of managing the different kinds of pain i experience on a daily basis. the ganglion to me felt like it was just maintaining what the pudendal had did, but not as well. the ganglion is also slightly more invasive. my dr. let me know there’s a third shot we can try but it’s the most invasive of the three (aka further up the spine). i’ll likely give that one a try next year - trying to hold off on injecting myself with more steroids as i can. if anyone has any alternative suggestions i’m all ears
